If the PD fast charging function fails to work when the charger is connected to the HUB5C PD port, we recommend that you
try the following methods:
1. Please confirm whether any remaining ports are connected to other devices besides the PD port connected to the power supply, and
the transmission cable connected to the laptop, tablet, etc. If so, please remove these devices.
2. If the PD fast charging function still fails to work after removing the devices, please confirm whether the output power of the port used by your
charger is sufficient. If not, please replace the charger with a higher output power, or use the original charger.
3. Confirm whether the current amperage supported by the connected charging cable is sufficient, or replace it with the original charging cable.
