What should I do if I have difficulties fastening the screws on the JetDrive enclosure?

Please check if the JetDrive and USB to SATA adapter are placed accordingly in the enclosure.

We suggest you follow the steps below to install JetDrive:

1. Take out the USB to SATA adapter from the enclosure.
2. Connect the JetDrive to the USB to SATA adapter.
3. Place the assembled JetDrive and the USB to SATA adapter in the enclosure. You may need to tilt slightly to make sure that the USB ports are fittingly connected.
4. Fasten the screws.
